With Glasses and Charm

Already in the run-up to RO-KA-TECH, Kummert GmbH announced that in the future, the company will present itself in light and friendly colors. Naturally, the color Purple was to remain the company’s trademark.

Therefore, something special was conceived for the 12th International Trade Fair for Pipe and Sewer Technology. The fair stand featured a bright design and a very personal touch due to the great number of integrated employee photos – true to the claim „CREATE PROGRESS TOGETHER“. And: The entire Kummert team wore purple glasses!

To pass the trend on to the visitors, they were handed purple glasses as well. In fact, the glasses were so well received, that all of them were given away before the second day of the fair was over. The glasses and visitors made Kummert the talk and sight of the fair.

Of course, presenting the company was not the only reason for the fair in Kassel. New and enhanced products were showcased as well. All in all two new camera heads for conducting push rod inspections were introduced. Firstly the K-28, which is permanently fixed to the reel and suited for surveys of DN40 pipes or larger. Secondly the K-50D, which is slightly smaller than the preceding model and navigates bends more easily, also features an integrated locating transmitter and virtual panning function.

For the first time, a CCTV inspection vehicle was showcased at the company fair stand. Many fair visitors were interested in the vehicle fit-out and very impressed by its compact design. The three fit-out modules can be easily supplemented by the Kummert CamMobile line, thus proving the interchangeability of Kummert systems even in connection with the vehicle fit-out line.

All in all, RO-KA-TECH created great feedback on individual devices, software and company perception. We would like to thank all fair visitors for their interest, the nice talks and their enthusiasm to see this year’s fair through purple glasses!
