Our website contains links to external, third-party-websites, the contents of which we have no influence on. Therefore, we are not liable for these third-party-contents. The publisher or operator of a linked website is always liable for their contents.

Linked websites were examined for any possible violations of law at the time of first linking. Illegal contents were not identified at the time of linking. However, permanently monitoring linked websites with regards to their contents is, without concrete clues about a legal offense, not reasonable.

We will remove the respective links promptly on becoming aware of any legal offenses.

Pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as the service provider are not liable to monitor transferred or saved third-party-information or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block information acc. to applicable law remain unaffected. However, a respective liability does not apply before a concrete violation of law has become known. As soon as such violations of law emerge, we will remove the respective contents immediately.
